Law **Members Only** is seeking a Surety for its Morristown, NJ office. The successful candidate will join the **Members Only**’s nationally recognized Construction and Surety Group.

##### Qualifications

* Bar admission in NY and/or NJ is required.
* Experience in construction law, contract claims, litigations and/or transactions is preferred, but not required.

##### Responsibilities

* Represent the **Members Only**’s clients in surety matters
* Advise clients on all aspects of surety law
* Draft and negotiate surety agreements
* Participate in construction-related litigations
* Monitor and review surety contracts
* Assist with surety bond claims

##### Salary

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
