Location:

• Charlotte, North Carolina

Duties:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including supply, service, transportation, and purchase agreements

• Support corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions

• Advise clients on general corporate governance issues and compliance

• Manage and lead various business and commercial projects

• Provide pragmatic legal counsel and maintain direct client contact

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in corporate transactional law

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred but not required

• Strong understanding of business principles and commercial transactions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred
