Job Title:
Tax Manager, International Tax - Global Strategies Group

Job Responsibilities:
As a Tax Manager in the International Tax Services practice, the candidate will be responsible for providing tax consulting services to multinational clients regarding the tax implications of their international operations. Key duties include:

- Assisting clients with implementing specific international tax structures and processes.
- Overseeing complex tax computation projects for clients in diverse industries.
- Researching and preparing materials for consulting projects related to tax planning considerations.
- Facilitating brainstorming sessions with internal teams and clients, including non-tax stakeholders such as treasury, accounting, and legal departments.
- Providing leadership, counseling, and career guidance for the development and motivation of the engagement team.
- Supervising and supporting the technical development of tax consultants and senior consultants.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work, with a preference for international taxation focus.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another business-related field.
- Experience managing senior-level client relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on the work, clients, and industries/sectors served.
- One of the following active accreditations: Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA, Licensed attorney (or foreign equivalent), Enrolled Agent (or foreign equivalent), or various technology certifications.

Preferred qualifications include previous experience in Big 4, public accounting, or consulting, strong research and communication skills, strategic planning involvement, and experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Salary Information:
The wage range for this role considers a variety of factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $111,090 to $235,170. Additionally, candidates may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, which depends on individual and organizational performance, among other factors.
