Personal Injury Attorney/Lawyer The candidate will work in their personal injury litigation department. Each applicant should have strong research, writing, and critical thinking skills. Experience with civil litigation, construction law and/or insurance defense work is preferred. Excellent opportunity for professional growth as well as advancement within our firm. Pay structure will be salary plus bonuses based on performance. Must speak Spanish. Our firm is 99% geared to Hispanic clients so you should be able to communicate with your clients. Must have 1-3 years prior personal injury experience and litigation experience. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Be able to handle your own case load in litigation including discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, etc. Active member and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
