Job Title: Litigation Docket Clerk

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the law firm’s docket system for litigation lawyers practicing in multiple courts and jurisdictions.
- Identify pertinent deadlines and prepare a master calendar of due dates for distribution to lawyers and staff.
- Obtain filing information from court clerks and online dockets.

Education and Experience Information:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, although a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least one year of relevant litigation calendaring/docketing experience is desired, preferably in a large law firm.
- An understanding of court docketing and calendaring procedures is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with court filings and general rules of court for processing pleadings at the federal, state, and county levels is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- Strong proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail are necessary.
- Candidates should be team players with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment is essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new software programs is required. Experience with ProLaw or comparable docketing software is a plus.

Salary Information:
- For positions in New York, NY, the salary range is $57, - $92,.
- For positions in Princeton, NJ, the salary range is $53, - $85,.
- The base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on factors such as prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
- The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on individual circumstances.
- Salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package, which may also include a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.

- The position can reside in any of the following offices: Boston, New York, Philadelphia, or Princeton, with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
- Flexibility to work overtime is required.
