Job Title: Legal Internship, Fall
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the Attorney General's Legal Internship Program, specifically during the fall semester.
- Work under the supervision of various divisions within the Attorney General’s Office, with a focus on the Health Care and Fair Competition Bureau.
- Assist the Antitrust Division in maintaining and encouraging a competitive economy through the enforcement of antitrust laws.
- Engage in activities such as filing legal briefs in antitrust cases, participating in policy initiatives, and promoting pro-competitive legislation.
- Support in reporting anti-competitive mergers, price-fixing agreements, and other illegal practices.
- Perform tasks as assigned within the specific division to which the intern is allocated.
Education and Experience Information:
- The internship program is designed specifically for students who are currently enrolled in law school.
- Individuals who have completed law school are not eligible to participate in this program.
Salary Information:
- The internship positions offered are unpaid.
