Job Title: Private Client Manager II

Job Responsibilities:
The Private Client Manager II is responsible for expanding client relationships by identifying opportunities to deepen existing relationships. Key responsibilities include advising on the client’s financial needs and the full array of the company’s Private Bank capabilities. The role involves establishing and deepening relationships with internal and external partners and Centers of Influence to identify prospects. The position requires executing the Client Management Process and partnering across the enterprise to provide a Branded Client Experience. The role also involves driving inflows of new business across all product lines, including credit, assets under management, and deposits, into the existing book of business. The Private Client Manager II leads complex credit opportunities, including structured credit deals, and is responsible for growing book balances and year-over-year revenue. The position also involves partnering with and mentoring Private Client Managers on more complex products and client relationships. Additionally, the role acts as the Chief Operating Officer for the client team, coordinating relationship management activities and managing the successful delivery of the Branded Client Experience to support client satisfaction. Encouraging the use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience is also a key responsibility. Building relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence is essential for the role.

Education and Experience Information:
The minimum education requirement for the Private Client Manager II position is a high school diploma, GED, or secondary school equivalent. However, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or post-graduate degree is preferred. Candidates with certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), Certified Financial Manager (CFM), or Juris Doctor (JD) are considered a significant plus. The position requires 7+ years of successful experience in managing relationships with high net worth clients or equivalent financial services/business experience. Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) licenses are required, although unlicensed candidates may be considered if they are willing to obtain licenses within a standard timeframe of 90 days per exam after the first working day in this position.
