**Members Only**, a civil defense law firm in downtown Tampa, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This is a mid-level position with opportunities for growth and development.
Our firm is dedicated to providing superior work product and strong defense strategies for our clients throughout Florida. We specialize in auto liability, premise liability, PIP/Med Pay, Commercial Rights of Reimbursement, and Subrogation cases.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with partners on complex cases, including research, motion drafting, ADR, and court appearances
- Take depositions of law enforcement, plaintiffs/claimants, fact witnesses, experts, and corporate representatives
- Attend court proceedings, including jury trials, as second chair with opportunity for lead
- Mediate, arbitrate, and negotiate case resolutions
- Draft legal pleadings and discovery documents
- Argue motions in state and federal court
- Meet/exceed billable hour requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited school
- Active Florida bar license
- 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense

Employee pay is based on factors such as education, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, and performance.
