Job Title: AML Project Delivery Senior Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
In the role of AML Project Delivery Senior Analyst, the candidate will work within the department to support client service delivery in the area of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions. The responsibilities include:
- Performing case investigations to identify potential AML and sanctions risks.
- Assessing and making recommended decisions regarding case dispositions.
- Utilizing feedback to improve case investigations.
- Communicating regularly with Engagement Managers and project team members.
- Escalating matters that require additional attention from engagement management.

Education and Experience Information:
Required:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in AML and/or sanctions-focused activities in the private or public sector.
- 2+ years of experience in AML/sanctions regulations applicable to financial institutions, including retail, wholesale, and international banks, Trade Finance, Fraud, Retail Banking, Private Banking, and Wealth Management.
- Experience in Transactions Monitoring, reviewing and analyzing transactions/alerts, and identifying suspicious activity.
- Experience in drafting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
- Experience using AML Monitoring systems and related software.
- Experience in submitting written and oral reports to senior management and clients.
- Experience providing advice regarding applicable AML/OFAC regulations, with a focus on Trade Finance, Fraud, Retail Banking, Private Banking, and Wealth Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work and clients served.

Preferred:
- Experience in investigations and with Financial Institutions Unit (FIU).
- AML Consulting Experience.
- Certifications such as CAMS and CFE.
- Regulatory experience.

Analytical/Decision-Making Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.

Salary Information:
The wage range for this role at Company takes into account various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed salary range is $66,200 - $121,800. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Additionally, candidates may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.
