Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in providing essential support to attorneys, clients, and visitors at the law firm. The responsibilities include:

- Greeting clients and visitors, informing attorneys of their arrival, and directing guests to appropriate rooms.
- Assisting attorneys with administrative tasks such as meeting planning, client communication, and scheduling.
- Providing general administrative support to the office, which includes preparing reimbursements, handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering and maintaining supplies, maintaining meeting rooms and visitor offices, and notifying building management of maintenance issues.
- Maintaining and updating visitor office welcome information.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates applying for the Administrative Assistant position should meet the following educational and experience criteria:

- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role is required, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, is required.
- The candidate should possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial.
- Strong proofreading and formatting skills are essential.
- The candidate must be able to move and transport packages as part of regular job duties.

Salary Information:
The salary for the Administrative Assistant position at the law firm in Nashville ranges from $51,300 to $71,800. The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on factors such as education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at the law firm.
