The Miami office of our law firm is currently looking for an experienced Financial Market Associate to join our team. We specialize in the practice area of Financial Markets and are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in representing lenders and borrowers.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in representing lenders and borrowers
• Has experience in complex leveraged finance and asset-based lending transactions
• Is comfortable with high level structuring, drafting, and deal management responsibilities
• Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable with significant client interaction
