Location

Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration.
• Handle employment matters including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contracts, employment torts, and non-compete cases.
• Advise, counsel, and provide training to employers on employment and labor law issues.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, with a strong preference for employment law expertise.
• Current admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility to obtain it.
• Familiarity with state and federal agency procedures related to employment law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar admission or ability to secure admission.
