Law Firm is looking for an experienced attorney to join our Public Finance Team. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in municipal law and public finance transactions, including detailed analysis of tax issues related to Section 103 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (as amended). The successful candidate will also have experience with the New Jersey Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, the County and Municipal Utility Authorities Law, and the County Improvement Authorities Law.
The primary responsibilities of this position will include analyzing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of agreements, resolutions, and other documents as well as conducting research and providing memorandum to clients as needed.
