Duties:
Real Estate Law:
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and related documents
Conduct due diligence, including title searches and property assessments
Advise clients on zoning, land use, and environmental issues
Banking Law:
Counsel clients on banking compliance and regulatory matters
Draft and review loan agreements and related financial instruments
Represent clients in financial disputes and negotiations
Corporate Law:
Advise on business formation, governance, mergers, and acquisitions
Draft corporate documents such as bylaws and shareholder/partnership agreements
Conduct legal research and offer strategic guidance on transactions
Litigation:
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal briefs
Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and mediations
Assist with settlement negotiations and dispute resolution
General Legal Support:
Stay informed on legal developments across relevant practice areas
Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to provide high-quality service
Manage multiple active cases and tasks efficiently
Requirements:
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Georgia (or have recently applied for admission)
Authorized to work in the United States
Education:
Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Georgia Bar admission (or pending admission)
