Job Title: Senior-Level Associate - Structured Finance

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent financial institutions in roles such as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and purchasers in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions.
- Engage in high-value and market-leading practices focusing on Repo finance, digital infrastructure, trade receivable finance, warehouse lending, and structured private credit facilities.
- Collaborate with a team to manage and execute complex financial transactions.
- Provide legal advice and support in the structuring and negotiation of various financial agreements.
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends and legal developments in structured finance.

Education and Experience:
- Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience in the field.
- Experience in representing financial institutions in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions is preferred.
- General capital markets, private credit, and/or leveraged finance experience with an interest in securitization is also encouraged.
- Previous large law firm experience is required.
- A law degree from an accredited institution is necessary, accompanied by a valid law license.

Salary Information:
- The anticipated full-time annualized salary is $390,000+.
- The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
