Job Title: Structured Finance Associate (Junior-to-Mid-Level)
Job Responsibilities:
The Structured Finance Associate will be a part of the Financial Industry Group at the law firm, focusing on the structured finance practice. The responsibilities include:
- Engaging in complex financing transactions, primarily dealing with Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and related transactions such as securitizations and warehouse financings.
- Working on highly sophisticated and diversified financial matters for large-scale banks, asset managers, and investors.
- Contributing to the development and execution of structured finance deals.
- Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal advice and solutions in the structured finance domain.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction with the legal services provided.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulatory updates that may impact structured finance and advising clients accordingly.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in New York.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant legal experience in structured finance, specifically with CLOs and related transactions such as securitizations and warehouse financings.
- A solid understanding of the financial industry and complex financing transactions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $235,000 and $365,000. This range represents the low and high end of the law firm's pay scale for the role. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as location and experience.
