- Providing legal, regulatory, reputational, and transactional advice to deposit-taking businesses on existing and new products and services

Qualifications:

- JD admitted to practice law
- 7+ years of experience at a law firm or in-house at a financial institution
- Experience in private or consumer banking or wealth management products preferred
- Ability to work proactively and independently, collaborate effectively with stakeholders throughout the firm, and manage external counsel
- Excellent judgment and risk assessment skills
