- Providing legal, regulatory, reputational, and transactional advice to deposit-taking businesses on existing and new products and services

- Monitoring legal, regulatory, and market developments and engaging in advocacy on proposed rules

Qualifications:

- JD admitted to practice law
- 7+ years of experience at a law firm or in-house at a financial institution

- Excellent judgment and risk assessment skills
