Real Estate Paralegal The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, plus 3 years of experience preferred. Have experience with surveys, title commitments, UCC filings, zoning reports, other due diligence, drafting basic real estate forms/documents, entity formation and Secretary of State filings, project management, checklist maintenance, and complex real estate transactions. Sirect contact with attorneys, clients and other professionals. Must be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving and planning/organizational skills. Robust relationships with title companies, zoning report companies and surveyors are a plus.
