- **Members Only** is seeking a senior associate or counsel for our Boston, Connecticut, or New York office locations
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in complex real estate matters
- Focus on commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate
- Must have substantial experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Experience in acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties is required
- Preferred experience in representing franchisees, reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, and asset acquisition
- Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills are a must
- Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Salary Information:
- Target base pay range of $185,000-$230,000
- Dependent on experience and other relevant factors
