Job Responsibilities:
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for being the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience. Key duties include managing incoming calls with effective phone etiquette, performing clerical tasks such as scanning documents, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. The role supports office management to ensure a well-organized environment and assists with scheduling appointments and managing staff calendars. Additional responsibilities include running office errands, processing mail, maintaining office equipment, proofreading documents for accuracy, conducting basic research, and assisting with marketing initiatives. Confidentiality of sensitive information must be maintained in compliance with company policies. The role requires collaboration with team members to improve office processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position should have proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, though this is preferred and not mandatory. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Familiarity with receptionist duties is beneficial but not required. Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and office management software, is necessary.
