Represent plaintiffs in civil litigation matters
Conduct discovery and take/defend depositions
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Participate in court hearings and trials when needed
Collaborate with legal staff and senior attorneys on case strategy
Maintain client communication and manage assigned caseload
Ensure accurate and timely filing of all legal documents
Experience in civil litigation preferred
Ability to handle depositions and trial proceedings independently or under guidance
Strong organizational and case management skills
Commitment to representing plaintiffs with integrity and diligence
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the state of New York (required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong legal research and analytical abilities
Courtroom presence and confident litigation style
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple cases
