H2: Essential Responsibilities and Requirements for Full Service Supervisor Role

- Oversee team of Case Managers and provide training, coaching, and support
- Collaborate with Legal Operations Managers to implement and maintain training programs
- Review and approve time and attendance for team members
- Enforce best practices and procedures to ensure quality work
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings and performance reviews for team members
- Manage resource allocation and case volume to ensure efficient workload for Case Managers
- Supervise preparation and review of legal documents and case files
- Address and escalate any challenges or concerns from Case Managers
- Serve as liaison between Case Managers, attorneys, and leadership teams
- Collaborate with Quality Department to maintain quality standards
- Paralegal certification or 3+ years of paralegal experience required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Legal Case Management
- Above average skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree and leadership experience preferred
