Job Title:

Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) at **Members Only** in Colorado.

Experience Information:

Minimum of 4+ years of experience working in a law firm, with a focus on family law.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and regulations about family law matters in Colorado.
- Manage client communications and files, including scheduling appointments and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate with court personnel, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in family law proceedings.
- Attend client meetings, court hearings, and mediation sessions as needed to support clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions and sensitive legal information.
- Stay informed about changes in Colorado family law legislation and procedural rules.
- Maintain administrative tasks to support efficient firm operations.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality.

Qualifications:

- Licensed Legal Paraprofessional certification in Colorado is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
- Colorado Certified Paralegal (CP) designation or completion of an accredited paralegal program.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience working in a law firm, with a focus on family law.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with legal case management software (., Clio, MyCase) is a plus.
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
