The successful candidate will be involved in handling groundbreaking patent, trade secrets, and commercial disputes across various high-technology sectors, including software, digital media, and semiconductors. Specific responsibilities include:

- Engaging in patent and trade secrets disputes.
- Preparing and managing inter partes review petitions.
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to address complex legal challenges in the technology sector.
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.

Education and Experience Information:
