Mergers & Acquisitions Resource Attorney - Responsibilities:

- Manage the Transaction Database by inputting deal terms and coordinating with the knowledge management team
- Draft and manage forms and precedents for the M&A group
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and update practice resources accordingly
- Coordinate with the legal education team to develop training content for associates and firmwide training efforts
- Assist with marketing and business development efforts, including content creation for pitches and teach-ins
- Field day-to-day requests from attorneys for precedents, templates, and other resources
- Contribute to resource, knowledge management, and practice innovation projects

Mergers & Acquisitions Resource Attorney - Qualifications and Skills:

- Licensed attorney with at least 7 years of experience in US M&A corporate/transactional practice
- Familiarity with public and private M&A, corporate governance, board fiduciary duties, and market trends
- Strong drafting and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
