The Law Firm is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Privacy Attorney to join their Information Governance team. This full-time position, with a pay range of USD $170, - USD $200, per year, is available in either the New York or Washington, . office. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments within the firm to ensure compliance with data privacy laws in multiple regions, while also managing vendor contracts and other commercial relationships involving personal data transfer. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review projects and advise on privacy risks and compliance with data privacy laws
- Respond to requests from individuals to exercise their data privacy rights
- Implement measures to demonstrate compliance with data privacy laws
- Review and update privacy policies and procedures globally
- Maintain the firm's Binding Corporate Rules
- Protect and maintain sensitive and confidential information held by the firm

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in advising on European Union data privacy law preferred
