Appellate Attorney The candidate will report to and work with the firm's in-house appellate counsel in supporting the firm's trial attorneys. Graduate from an ABA-accredited law school is required. Should have 2+ years of experience in drafting complex motions and responses for plaintiffs side personal injury cases. Current member of the Texas Bar in good standing. Should have admission to some or all Texas federal courts. Must have excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work within tight deadlines. Should have a good work ethic and present strong attention to detail. Should have the ability to work cohesively in a team environment. Prior judicial clerkship is preferred. Federal experience is a plus.
