Job Title: Litigation Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Support partners and senior associates across a broad litigation docket.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and briefs.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Argue motions in court.
- Assist in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Manage and lead cases independently, including serving as first chair when appropriate.
- Interact directly with clients and contribute to case strategy and problem-solving.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience; judicial clerkship experience may be counted toward this requirement.
- Pennsylvania bar admission in good standing required.
Qualifications:
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, with a proactive, client-focused mindset.
