Job Title: Counsel - Litigation
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation for multiple lines of business, including Retail Banking.
- Provide advice on legal compliance and risk management.
- Oversee legal research and analysis.
- Collaborate with outside counsel.
- Interface with multiple internal clients at various management levels.
- Collaborate with line of business lawyers in day-to-day responsibilities.
- Identify and manage legal risks for the organization.
- Conduct research and provide procedural legal advice.

- Strong legal analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Sound independent judgment and ability to perform work with minimal supervision.

- Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
