Job Title: Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on antitrust laws and regulations, and their implications on business.
- Represent clients before regulatory bodies and courts on antitrust issues.
- Prepare and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.
- Stay abreast of changes in antitrust laws and regulations.
- Engage in negotiation and mediation to resolve disputes.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
- Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.

Education and Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s), in good standing with the state bar.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in complex litigation at a defense or plaintiff trial firm. Trial experience is a plus.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in researching and drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Experience taking and defending depositions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients, juries, opposing counsel, and judges, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, independently and simultaneously managing multiple cases, developing strategies, and overseeing all aspects of litigation.
- Advanced legal research skills, with expertise in applying case law and statutes to build strong case strategies.
