Job Title: Health Litigation Associate (4-5 years of experience)

Job Responsibilities:
The Health Litigation Associate will be part of the Health & Senior Care Section at the law firm. The primary responsibilities include:

- Engaging in litigation activities with a focus on health-related cases.
- Performing law and motion activities, including the preparation and filing of motions.
- Conducting written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
- Participating in depositions, both in taking and defending depositions.
- Involvement in mediation processes to facilitate dispute resolution.
- Preparing for trials and managing trial-related tasks.
- Collaborating closely with peers, partners, and clients to handle challenging cases.
- Contributing to the growth and development of the health team within the firm.

Candidates with previous experience working with healthcare providers or those with trial experience are preferred, though such experience is not mandatory.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience.
- A distinguished academic background is required.
- The candidate must be a member of the California Bar.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills are essential.
- High-level analytical skills and excellent adaptability in communication are required.
- Ideal candidates are intelligent, entrepreneurial, practical problem-solvers, ambitious, organized, and detail-oriented.

Salary Information:
The annual base compensation range for this position in California is approximately $200,000 to $210,000. Placement within this salary range depends on various factors, including years of experience and the professional skills required for the role.

- This is a hybrid position based out of any of the law firm's California offices, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Rafael, or Walnut Creek.
