Education and Experience Information:
To be successful in this role, the following qualifications and experience are required:

- Prior Immigration Experience: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in various areas of immigration law, including Family, Employment, Investment Visas, and Immigration Court Proceedings, is essential.
- Active Bar License: Candidates must hold an active bar license in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Research and Writing Skills: Strong research and writing skills are crucial to effectively advocate for clients, prepare legal documents, and handle complex immigration cases.

Salary Information:
The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
