**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a leading global law firm, is seeking a Complex Litigation and Product Liability Managing Associate to join their Litigation Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in complex litigation and product liability, and will be based in any of Orrick's US office locations. This is a full-time, non-partner position with a regular schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex disputes in a variety of industries
- Work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Engage with a diverse and dynamic pipeline of cases, including commercial, intellectual property, energy, and mass tort lawsuits
- Take on significant responsibilities, work directly with clients, manage complex cases, conduct and defend depositions, and make court appearances at key hearings
- Provide exceptional legal research and writing skills
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in complex litigation and product liability
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal research abilities
- Superb writing and oral communication skills
- Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location is strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected salary range between $310,000 and $390,000
