The Law Firm is Hiring a Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in pre-suit personal injury cases, including negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel and appearing in court
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, such as auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability claims, and wrongful death cases
- Draft demand packages, negotiate and settle cases, network with doctors, review cases and make recommendations to clients
- Work with experts from various disciplines to assist with report drafting, deposition preparation, etc.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to take new client calls

Qualifications:

- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida State Bar
- At least 1 year of experience in pre-suit personal injury on the plaintiff side
- Experience with drafting demand packages, signing up new clients, screening prospective clients, negotiating and settling cases, and reviewing files and speaking with clients about recommendations on their cases
- Strong attention to detail, writing skills, and legal research abilities
- Strong work ethic as an attorney
