Job Title: Associate Attorney

Experience Information:
Previous law firm and litigation experience is preferred, but all levels will be considered. Selected candidate must be a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar, in good standing.

Responsibilities:
Represent clients facing challenging legal situations
Attend court, mediations, and depositions
Conduct research and prepare cases for court
Communicate with clients in various forms
Ensure a positive client experience
Handle a high volume of cases
Other tasks related to navigating a case from start to finish

Qualifications:
Licensed member of the North Carolina Bar
Previous law firm and litigation experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle a high volume of cases
Customer service mentality
Comfortable with virtual communication
Organized and detail-oriented
