Job Description:

- Seeking a Cyber Privacy and Data Protection Manager to join the team in Chicago, IL.
- Additional approved locations include: Atlanta, GA, Arlington, VA, Bellevue, WA, Boston, MA, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA.
- Help clients transform and mature their privacy program through assessment, automation, process re-engineering, and managed services.
- Manager within the Privacy & Data Protection practice with opportunity for growth and contribution to clients' business needs.
- Work with a variety of domains including privacy strategy, governance, automation, risk, and compliance management.
- Adhere to professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
- Manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
- Apply current knowledge of privacy and data protection trends to issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the execution of assigned client engagements from start to finish, including planning, directing, and completing assessments, privacy program implementations, privacy technology implementations, and managed services engagements.
- Work with clients to plan engagement strategy, define objectives, and address privacy-related controls risks and issues.
- Proactively interact with key client management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with team members at all levels in the development and marketing of the privacy and data protection solution offering.
- Support business development activities such as client prospecting, proposal development, professional networking, thought leadership, external webcasts, and brand-building activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Juris Doctorate, or a related field required, Masters preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
- One or more of the following certifications required: CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CISSP, or other related certifications.
- Deep understanding of global privacy and data protection regulations and frameworks, such as the GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, HIPAA, GLBA, NIST, ISO, and more.
- Experience performing privacy assessments and supporting privacy program implementations.
- Experience with privacy tools such as OneTrust, , WireWheel, and BigID.
- Experience preparing reports and other deliverables containing strategy, project, or technical analysis and findings.
- Experience in project management and ability to communicate data protection and privacy issues verbally.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.

Salary Information:

- Base salary range for this position in Los Angeles, CA and Bellevue, WA is between $155,500 and $233,300.
- Base salary range for this position in San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA is between $165,600 and $248,400.
- Base salary range for this position in New York only is between $155,500 and $233,300.
