As a Corporate and Transactional Partner, you will have the opportunity to manage and grow our corporate practice, provide strategic legal counsel to clients, and oversee major deals.

Responsibilities of a Corporate and Transactional Partner:

- Lead and manage the firm's corporate and transactional practice, focusing on high-dollar sophisticated transactions.
- Provide strategic advice and legal counsel to clients on a variety of corporate matters.
- Oversee and manage complex transactions from inception to completion.
- Conduct due diligence and coordinate with other practice areas within the firm.
- Represent clients in negotiations and work closely with their financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals.
- Stay current on developments in corporate law and industry trends.
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff.
- Develop and implement business development strategies.
- Participate in firm leadership and contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the firm.

Qualifications for the Position:

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate and transactional law.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex corporate transactions.
- Expertise in federal and state corporate laws and regulations.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
