- Familiarize participants with court procedures, operations, functions, and activities
- Enhance understanding and appreciation for the judicial system
- Participants receive access to networking opportunities and an overview of Court processes and procedures

Paralegal Program:
- Provides quality paralegal work experience
- Assists with preparation of legal documents for cases involving child support, spousal support, and health insurance issues
- Placement areas: Family Law (Self-Help Centers, Domestic Violence Clinic, Guardianship Clinic, Toll Family Law Counseling Center with LAFLA)
- Eligible applicants: Students currently enrolled in paralegal schools, colleges, and universities throughout LA County; Individuals who have completed a Paralegal certificate program in paralegal schools, colleges, or universities
- Interns can receive accreditation or course credit from their school or certification program
