Minneapolis office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks partner-level public finance attorney with experience. The candidate will practice in the area of public finance and municipal bonds. Will work with the head of the public finance and municipal bond practice to transition that practice, while augmenting the firm?s other transactional work. Must have sophisticated transactional experience, with some portable business. A background in public finance and municipal bond law, including relevant federal tax, securities, nonprofit and municipal law, would be highly desirable.
