Job Description:
- Provide legal counsel on matters related to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s global product solutions activities
- Review legal contracts and documents, conduct legal research and represent the bank in legal actions
- Minimum of six years of experience since admission to the Bar required
- Advise on product and service structures and modifications, negotiate contracts and coordinate with outside counsel
- Lead large projects to support complex products and global and regional initiatives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide cohesive legal advice to client teams
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, reviewing marketing materials and advising on regulatory compliance
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality and responsive legal advice to the Global Payments Solutions team
- Negotiate and draft client documents, review third party contracts and advise on issues related to existing products and services
- Coordinate large projects with respect to GPS products and services
- Review and advise on marketing materials and disclaimers
- Liaise with relevant subject matter experts to provide cohesive legal advice to client teams
- Act as a strategic partner to the business
Skills:
- Ability to interpret relevant laws, rules and regulations
- Strong advisory skills
- Excellent legal drafting and writing abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of policies, procedures and guidelines
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Understanding of legal structures and forms
- Attention to detail and ability to manage stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications:
- 4-12 years of contract negotiation experience, preferably with cash management contracts
- Active bar membership in good standing
- Strong organizational, drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage a high volume of work
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in payments, liquidity and/or receivables
- Background in credit support negotiation
- Project management experience
- Expertise in privacy, sanctions, ERISA and/or healthcare
Minimum Education Requirement: Juris Doctor
