Summary:
T-Mobile is seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Counsel to join their All-Star Legal Team. As a member of the team, the Corporate Counsel will represent the organization on a variety of complex legal matters in support of T-Mobile’s Third-Party Sales and T-Mobile-For-Business (TFB) channels. The role requires strong negotiation and drafting skills, as well as the ability to provide day-to-day legal advice, manage legal disputes, and support operational initiatives. The successful candidate will also collaborate with sales leadership to advise on legal matters and find low-risk solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft complex sales agreements and transactions
- Advise the business on legal risk in the context of strategic imperatives
- Drive departmental initiatives and redesign legal support processes
- Serve as a trusted advisor for specialty areas within the sales and distribution organization
- Manage client and outside counsel relationships
- Think with a solution-oriented approach in all matters
Requirements:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the state bar
- 2-4 years of experience as a business attorney, with in-house and/or law firm experience
- Experience handling complex sales and distribution matters
- Ability to prioritize, work efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment
- Creative problem solver with focus on client and customer
- Results-oriented leader with executive maturity and ability to interact with senior management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and research skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with clients throughout the country
- Knowledge of enterprise sales, third-party distribution, wireless telecommunications industry, and technology and network agreements is a plus
Salary Information:
- Base Pay Range: $123,200 - $222,200
- Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
- Actual pay will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience
