Job Title: Associate Legal Counsel, United States

Job Responsibilities:

- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance across all business operations.
- Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and negotiation.
- Oversee litigation to protect the company's legal interests.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on legislation and case laws relevant to the business.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to manage the company’s risk.
- Provide training and workshops on legal issues for staff.
- Assist in intellectual property management and protection.
- Provide support for RFP, , and other commercial and government business activities.

Education and Experience Information:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law or a related field.
- Corporate transactional experience is required.
- Experience as a corporate secretary is desirable.
- Experience with government contracting and regulations, including FAR.
- Proven track record in managing complex legal projects.
- Experience with international law and cross-border transactions.
