Job Title: Lawyer (Attorney - Counsel - Sr Counsel)

Job Responsibilities:
- Advise on a broad range of legal matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory issues, and corporate governance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, such as service agreements with customers and vendors, licensing, confidentiality, alliance, distributor agreements, letters of intent, and memorandums of understanding.
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions that support business objectives while protecting the company’s interests.
- Support corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and financings, as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Procurement, Compliance, HR, and Finance.
- Liaise with external counsel and manage legal costs effectively.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance across the organization.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and training to internal teams on legal and compliance matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and adhere to internal policies and best practices.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited . law school.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one . jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 3 years of legal experience in energy industry commercial contracting is required.
- Experience in the field of government contracting requirements is a plus.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
