Job Title: Family Law Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The Family Law Attorney at the law firm will be responsible for supporting the firm’s partners by managing cases from inception to completion. This role requires collaboration with other attorneys and providing support on legal issues, drafting pleadings, and Judicial Council forms, as well as preparing and organizing discovery responses. The attorney will work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure legal documents are prepared for review by the firm’s partners. Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with other attorneys and supporting partners on legal issues.
- Drafting pleadings and Judicial Council forms.
- Preparing and organizing discovery responses.
- Working with paralegal and support staff to produce finalized legal documents.
- Demonstrating the ability to work efficiently and prioritize multiple projects or cases.
- Exercising good judgment and seeking guidance from partners and senior personnel to ensure timely completion of work products.
- Having experience and knowledge of procedures for pleadings, discovery, briefs, and trial documents specific to family law.
- Communicating and working effectively with attorneys, clients, experts, and other personnel.
- Managing demanding caseloads with sophisticated clients under pressure.

Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for the position of Family Law Attorney, the candidate must meet the following education and experience requirements:

- Must have experience in California Family Law.
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
- Highly organized and comfortable handling multiple cases.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office are required.
- Must hold a California Bar License.

Salary Information:
