Team Description:

Responsibilities:
- As an Applied Researcher II, you will work with a cross-functional team to deliver AI-powered products that change how customers interact with their money.
- You will have the opportunity to leverage a broad stack of technologies, such as Pytorch, AWS Ultraclusters, and Huggingface, to reveal insights hidden within large volumes of data.
- Your role will involve building AI foundation models through all phases of development and engaging in high-impact applied research to push the boundaries of customer experiences.
- You will also use your interpersonal skills to translate the complexity of your work into tangible business goals.

Basic Qualifications:

- Other preferred qualifications may include publications and experience in areas such as NLP, behavioral models, optimization, finetuning, and data preparation.
Salary Information:
- The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role vary by location, with New York City (Hybrid On-Site) offering $276,000 - $315,000 and San Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site) offering $292,400 - $333,700 for an Applied Researcher II.
- Part-time roles will be prorated based on agreed-upon hours.
- Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
Performance-Based Incentives:
