Law firm Cooley is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Life Sciences Partnering & Licensing Attorney to join their prestigious Life Sciences Corporate Partnering & Licensing practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate with 3-6 years of experience in representing life sciences companies in the negotiation and drafting of commercial transaction agreements.
- Expected annual pay range: $260,000 - $390,000
- Final offer amount dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset

Responsibilities:
- Represent life sciences companies in structuring, negotiating, and drafting strategic commercial transaction agreements
- Draft and review licenses, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements
- Provide legal counsel and advice on matters related to life sciences partnering and licensing
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Collaborate with other attorneys and departments within the firm
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in private law firm or in-house position
- Experience in structuring, negotiating, and drafting commercial transaction agreements for life sciences companies
- Corporate or patent experience and/or technical degree preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
