Job Title: Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
The Paralegal at the reputed firm provides essential legal and administrative support to the legal team, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and supporting the organization's mission. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, such as contracts, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and grant agreements.
- Conducting legal research and compiling findings in a clear and concise format.
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical legal files.
- Assisting in the preparation of materials for board meetings, audits, or legal proceedings.
- Monitoring organizational compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Supporting internal training initiatives on legal best practices.
- Participating in internal reviews and audits.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:
- Experience in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Paralegal is mandatory.
- Experience with contracts is required.
- Experience with Labor and Employment laws is highly desired.
- Candidates should possess strong legal research and writing skills.
- Experience in drafting legal documents is necessary.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Salary Information:
The typical offer range for the Paralegal role is from the minimum to the midpoint, with the midpoint representing the average pay in a national market scope for this position. The midpoint salary is $87,767. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors directly relevant to this position, including skills, knowledge, training, responsibility, experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
