Experience Information:
• No prior legal experience required, but must have completed 1L year of law school.
• Strong academic background and excellent writing skills preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and case strategy development.
• Conduct legal research on complex legal issues and draft memoranda outlining findings and recommendations.
• Work closely with attorneys to prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Attend client meetings and assist with case management and strategy discussions.
• Review and analyze documents and evidence in preparation for trial.
