# Wage and Hour Class Action Associate at **Members Only**

**Members Only** is currently seeking an experienced Wage and Hour Class Action attorney to join their expanding practice. This position is based in California and can be based out of any of their offices in Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, San Diego, San Francisco, and Sacramento. The position offers a flexible work schedule with the opportunity to occasionally work from home.

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

* and must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of California
* 4 or more years of Wage and Hour Class Action experience in California
* Excellent analytical and writing skills

## Benefits

In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $160,000 and $235,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position also qualifies for the following benefits:
