About the Role:
The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a proactive and experienced Intake Attorney to lead our Intake Department. As the head of the department, you will supervise intake staff, manage operations, and personally communicate with potential clients to evaluate case viability. This role requires strong leadership skills, legal expertise, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients during a critical time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the Intake Department to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise intake staff, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Communicate directly with potential clients to assess case viability and answer legal questions.
- Develop and implement efficient intake processes and procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation of potential client information in the firm’s systems.
- Review and approve retainer agreements and other client documents.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to optimize client onboarding.
